Every engagement is scoped upfront so you know exactly what you're paying and what you're getting. Two options: same 8-week training program, different levels of setup.
8 weeks. Your team, building their own software.
Most teams already know exactly what tool they need. They've been sketching it on whiteboards and working around it in spreadsheets for years. This engagement gets them building it. Eight weeks, hands-on, working alongside me on your actual workflow. By the end, they've shipped something real and know how to build the next one themselves.
Runs on your own hardware, you source, setup, and configure an appropriate server.
Everything in Training. Plus hardware, delivered and configured.
Same 8-week program. Your team builds their own software alongside me and walks away owning everything. The difference is what arrives on day one: a pre-configured server, ready to plug in.
Includes a dedicated server with Docker, backups, and networking set up for your facility. Your data stays in your building, on hardware you own. Zero infrastructure homework, zero IT setup to figure out.
// Common Questions
Most do. The tiers are starting points. I'll scope your project during our first conversation and land on a fixed price that matches the actual work.
One or two people from your team work alongside me for the duration. They're actively building, and by the end they understand the system well enough to modify, fix, and extend it on their own.
For the Training tier, I deploy on hardware you already have, often a spare desktop or mini PC. The Turnkey tier includes purpose-built server hardware delivered and configured for your environment. It's all designed to be straightforward.
You keep everything: the code, the documentation, the skills. Post-launch support is included in every tier for follow-up questions and minor adjustments. After that, your team is equipped to keep going independently. If you want ongoing support, I can arrange that separately.
Yes. You own the IP completely. If you build a tool that solves a problem other shops have, you're free to license it, sell it, or white-label it.
// Ready?
I'd enjoy hearing about what you've been thinking of building. Let's figure out the right scope together.
